Who we are

J O B Done Roofing is a roofing business run by Jon O’Brien, based in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. If you have any questions about this notice or your information, call 07429 335555 or email jon.obrien66@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the quote form, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, postcode, the type of work you need, your message and any photos you attach. If you call or email instead, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange to look at your roof, give you a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don’t use them for marketing, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.

How your enquiry reaches us

Quote requests sent through the form are delivered to Jon by email, using an email delivery service. If the form opens your own email app instead, your message is sent through your email provider in the usual way. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you’d like your details deleted sooner, just ask.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other sites. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Contact Jon using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
